EdUHK-SYSU Centre for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Development Research

 

 

Introduction

The EdUHK-SYSU Centre for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Development Research, co-established by The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) and Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU), aims to become an integrated research platform encompassing academic and policy research, academic exchange, and postgraduate cultivation. It also serves as a support base for EdUHK's development in the Chinese Mainland and for SYSU's Institute of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao Development Studies to expand its reach in HKSAR.

 

Objectives

  • To lead educational innovation;
  • To empower talent cultivation and well-being;
  • To promote regional sustainable development.

 

Initiatives

  • Conduct joint research projects between EdUHK and SYSU; 
  • Co-organise academic conferences and/or research seminars.
