Introduction

The Master of Arts in Beauty and Lifestyle (Organisational Operations and Management) [MA(BLOOM)] programme is designed to cultivate sophisticated industry leaders through an interdisciplinary curriculum anchored by three pillars: i) Beauty; ii) Health and Wellness; and iii) Business, Finance, and E-commerce. Adopting a socio-cultural lens, the programme explores the intricate relationship between aesthetic practices and the holistic dimensions of human wellness, analysing how physical, emotional, and mental health are shaped by societal aesthetic values.

Students will develop the professional preparedness required to navigate global market complexities, utilising financial and strategic frameworks to drive innovation and address evolving consumer behaviours. Central to the curriculum is a critical engagement with socio-cultural awareness and inclusivity, empowering students to challenge conventional beauty standards and address disparities in health practices within diverse communities. By integrating practical expertise with social responsibility, the programme prepares graduates to foster empowerment and equitable wellness solutions across the global beauty landscape.
