EMPAL visits Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC)

To enable students to gain a deeper understanding of Hong Kong's economic transformation and the future direction of new quality productivity, the Executive Master of Public Adminstration and Leadership (EMPAL) programme organised a visit to the Hong Kong Productivity (HKPC) located in Kowloon Tong on September 27, 2024. The purpose of this visit was to comprehead HKPC's key work in the development of new quality productivity and its initiatives in promoting innovation and the application of advanced technologies.

 

The itinerary included an introduction to HKPC's key work and new quality productivity projects. The students were divided into groups to tour the Future Manufacturing Hall, the AI Application Exhibition Hall, the Advanced Materials and Intelligent Manufacturing Center, and the Future Food Tech Lab. Expects from various departments provided detailed explanations of the latest technologies and applications in their respective field and engaged in interactive exhanges with the students.
