A Study on Developing Artificial Intelligence Literacy for Students, Parents, Teachers and Administrative Staff for Effective Learning, Teaching and Productivity at Workplace: Applied Artificial Intelligence Programmes

Building on previous initiatives in Artificial Intelligence literacy, the project team expands its impact with the funding support from the Li Ka Shing Foundation and the Research Grants Council. This Phase III project aims to develop Applied Artificial Intelligence (AAI) programs for educated citizens in Hong Kong, including students, teachers, parents, and administrative staff in various workplaces.

 

To achieve this, the project team has designed three specialized AAI programs for distinct audiences. The first program, titled "Certificate of Completion in the Program for the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools for Teaching and Learning," is intended for teachers and parents. The second, "Certificate of Completion in the Program for the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools at the Workplace," is tailored for administrative staff working in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and other organizations throughout Hong Kong. Lastly, the "Certificate of Completion in the Program for the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools for Learning" focuses specifically on secondary students.
